The organizational problem of ‘Aisyiyah Branch Leadership (PCA) Ngampilan is the diversity community which often referred to as "abangan" area because there are still many people whose lifestyle dominated by pre-Islamic Javanese traditions. In dealing with this situation, PCA must have strong institutional values, one strengthening communication. purpose activity increase understanding leaders within organization and internal communication regarding use social media. Activities carried out in several stages, namely initial assessment, socialization, training, mentoring, evaluation. service program went very well where Ngampilan's knowledge related leadership media increased up 85%.
